We're delighted that we'll be back at the Manchester Flower Festival this May bank holiday. And let us tell you, we've got an iconic display lined up.
The festival is running from Friday 24th to Monday 27th May 2024 and it's completely free to attend. You can find the Smart Floral Art stand with goodies to pick up between Selfridges and Harvey Nichol. We'll also be running our workshops on Saturday 25th only - more on these workshops below.
Open from 10am to 7pm on Friday through till Sunday, the Manchester Flower Festival is an inclusive and family friendly event. There are plenty of fantastic floral installations (as you'd expect) but also outdoor dining, entertainment and kids activities.
We can't wait to be back in the Manchester sunshine, framing beautiful flowers with you all!
Smart Floral Art Workshops - Saturday, 25th May
As part of our involvement in the festival, we'll be running a full day of workshops on Saturday 25th May. These will be running at 11am, 12:45pm and 2:30pm on Saturday from our stand in between Selfridges and Harvey Nicks.
Join us for an inspiring and unique pressed flower framing workshop, where you'll learn the art of arranging and framing seasonal pressed flowers in a glass hanging frame.
No previous experience is needed, as we'll guide you through techniques, flower choice and designs. You'll get to take your beautiful creation home to hang proudly.
Last year, these workshops were a sell-out, which is why we've added extra spaces to each time slot to accommodate the demand! We hope to offer walk-in spaces on the day, but we can't guarantee anything, so we strongly recommend booking in advance to get your spot.

The Manchester Flower Festival is the perfect way to celebrate the start of summer. With fabulous floral installations, food, drinks and entertainment for all of the family, you're in for a bloomin' time!
The festival features displays all over the city, including New Cathedral Street, Exchange Square, St. Ann's Square and King Street. Don't miss the fringe displays in the Northern Quarter, Bridgewater Hall, Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, and Castlefield Viaduct. You can find the festival map here.
In St. Ann's Square, you'll find a flower, arts and craft market where you can pick up floral gifts and keepsakes. Kids will love the bee hunt and family play zone, and there's even a queen bee parade and sensory garden to explore.
